How sweet can a peach be when it is made in heaven! Well, we found out exactly that at Suikerbossie, AKA Sugarbush. An amazing campsite not too far away surrounded by incredible mountains and on the banks of what could be the Olifants (Elephants) river. Our campsite was awe inspiring, from star gazing and fishing, small walks and friendly neighbours we couldn’t have asked for more. Old tractors, peach trees and a collection of lovely animals, including Snooky the goat. We explored the farm, and the neighbour’s farm too, looking for the Bushmen paintings, alas no painting but some great views nevertheless. On our last day we ventured to a waterfall of incredible scenic beauty and some decent jumps that tested all of us in one way or another. The recovery was strong on this trip, the meetings were great and the readings spot on. Well done everyone. Joanne: Courage you have, balance bit off, but toughness and resilience you once again proved yourself an awesome addition to our trips. Keep it up. Sagee: Your ability to be a team player and give a hand and happiness in doing so was great. A weekend of many firsts. Sophia: You overcame something huge on Sunday, most would have turned back at that point, but you did it. Well done. Also your enthusiasm for the trip from beginning to end was great. Aimee: Thanks for being the official photographer of the trip! You got a camera for every instance, only problem with that, is that you are behind it more than in front of it. Also your jump was an epic surprise and you shocked us all! Rayelle: Breaking barriers and reminding us about feng-shui, was great having you around. Thanks for playing DJ on the way up. Your motivation to get walking was great, and you look great in a cowboy hat, Shania Twain beware! Alex: Great vibe bro, thanks for all the help. Backflips and more! The fish of that river will never be the same! Looking forward to us doing more together. Rick: As always, the food was great, and thanks for your skills in getting us out of the sand on Sunday! Thanks to everyone for making this one sweet trip!
